Station 49 — an entire entertainment venue running on our software
Go-karts, mini golf, a mile-long train, an arcade, and a live-music saloon in Birch Bay, WA — operating end to end on systems we built: station49.fun and station49.live.

Houseright AI private platform
An AI assistant built into an auto repair shop's daily workflow. Staff ask questions in plain English; it answers from the shop's real management-system data, pulls OEM procedures and wiring diagrams, checks industry-confirmed fixes, and quotes live parts pricing — with sources cited. Plus a fully custom time clock: audited edits, time-off approvals, and automatic "you forgot to clock in" texts through the SMS line the shop already uses.

Live border wait times for US–Canada and US–Mexico land crossings — every lane (NEXUS, SENTRI, Ready, FAST) refreshed every five minutes from four official data sources, with history charts, best-time-to-cross analysis, and live highway cameras. Our own product, built and run with the same care as client work.
Phil's Barkery
Complete ecommerce for a small-batch organic dog-treat bakery — product catalog, cart, Stripe checkout, order management, customer accounts, and an owner admin panel, all custom-built. No Shopify, no plugins, no monthly platform fees.
Tri-County Diesel Marine
Business website for a marine diesel service and parts dealer — plus the part you can't see: their on-site camera system, sitting behind a locked-down shop firewall, bridged securely onto the web through an encrypted tunnel we designed and still maintain.
And when we're not building for clients, we're building for ourselves — including an algorithmic trading platform that pairs an AI decision engine with a 21-gate risk validator across three exchanges. The tinkering is how we stay sharp.

About
Palo Verde Labs is led by Brayden Giffen — a software engineer with a B.S. in Software Engineering from Arizona State University and years of experience shipping production systems — full backends and frontends, web and native apps, ticketing and wristband platforms, waiver systems, and embedded hardware.
The name comes from the palo verde tree: its bark stays green and keeps photosynthesizing even when it drops its leaves in a drought. We build software with the same idea — systems that keep working when conditions aren't perfect.
